Custom Orders

All custom designs are final. Because these products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders. Please double-check sizes, spellings, and design details before placing your order.

Standard Orders

For all non-custom items, our goal is your satisfaction. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and our team will take care of you.

Shipping

All products are proudly created and shipped from Texas, USA. Shipping times may vary based on order size and season, but you can trust your order is coming straight from the Lone Star State.

📦 Where do you ship from?

All of our products are designed, created, and shipped directly from Texas. No overseas production delays—just local craftsmanship and fast fulfillment.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Shipping speed may vary depending on the size of your order and the season (holidays tend to be busier). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order straight to your doorstep.

🌎 Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding in the future!

🔄 What’s your return policy?
  • Custom Orders: All custom designs are final sale. Since these are made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds. Please double-check sizes, names, and design details before placing your order.

  • Standard Orders: For everything else, if your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
